How do you learn to lead a business? There are more books, classes and podcasts than I can count that offer to answer this question. For me, it took painful business mistakes to find my ability and voice to lead.
In this week’s podcast, episode 2 of a series where I am interviewed, I share my personal story on how I scaled a video surveillance company from 25 to 200 Million in annual revenue. Most importantly, I relive the mistakes, like how I lost a star performer and other team members to a competitor by managing from the press box.
