JW Francis is a singer and songwriter whose most recent record Wanderkid comes out on October 1st. While Francis's home is technically New York, as you will hear in this conversation he is a man of the world. And that is what you get from Wanderkid. A polyphonic record that sounds like New York but feels at home all over the place. We caught up with JW while he was thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail.
