The Labia Lounge welcomed Dr. Madalyn Turner, a Chiropractor and Women's health advocate in for some great chats this week! Her mission is to help women understand their menstrual cycle to cultivate a loving and freeing relationship with their body, mind, and soul and we discussed the best ways to move your body and exercise in alignment with the different stages of your menstrual cycle.

We also covered some super useful info about  how to use cycle awareness and the natural fertility awareness method as contraception or to conceive. 

We talk about how to use the signs from your body to avoid or plan pregnancy consciously without the use of hormonal contraception, and talked about how to get in touch with your cycle and your body through various practices.
