Kriya Yoga was brought to the West by Swami Sri Yukteswar's student, Paramahansa Yogananda. It was the intensive training that Yogananda experienced under the direction of Yukteswar that enabled him to experience such refined levels of consciousness and the ability to share a way for others to do the same. In this episode, we consider the life of Swami Sri Yukteswar.
Your host, Ryan Kurczak, is a Kriya Yoga meditation teacher and author. He was authorized to teach Kriya Yoga in 2005, by Roy Eugene Davis, a direct student of Paramahansa Yogananda.
