Tony discusses how many people feel that Zach Wilson will be a better quarterback at the next level than Justin Fields. Fields is physically so superior, but when it gets to the point of looking at the board he has work to do. Drafting is not always about taking the best player, but what is the best fit.

This Super Bowl that Tom Brady won is the second most impressive Super Bowl that he has won in his career. The first has to be Brady coming back from being down 28-3 against the Atlanta Falcons. You could tell when the Bucs were 7-5, Brady was not at his best, but during that Bye Week something clicked. Brady and the Bucs took off. The run that the Buccaneers went on was absolutely incredible winning on the road the way they did and the talent in which they beat. It is obvious that both Aaron Rodgers and Russell Wilson are very frustrated.

Howard starts off by talking about how many mediocre teams there seems to be this season. Obviously with Covid-19 there have been obstacles this season and certainly disruptions, but that seems to be getting better this season. Covid-19 is not an NBA problem, it's a societal problem, you manage it as well as you can and the NBA is doing an awful lot to deal with the tough hand that they have been dealt. The Mark Cuban decision with the national anthem to begin the season came and passed.

David discusses how the NHL made it clear that you can't congregate in hotel rooms. The teams will absolutely be held accountable as we see with the Washington Captials. The NHL is really careful about Covid-19 Protocols because they want the best possible scenario for both the players and the league as a whole. The NHL season is now ending May 10th, the NHL wants to make sure there is fairness when it comes to standings, even if that means going by point percentages.

Jim would be shocked if the Vikings didn’t stick with Kirk cousins and he wasn’t back in Minnesota by his own volition as well. Have to give the Vikings credit in the past couple of years, they had a very good season in 2019 when they beat the Saints in New Orleans in the postseason. The Wilf’s like continuity. With injuries early on for the Vikings this season, it seemed like this was the Packers division to lose. This is despite the Vikings having a good draft.  

Ken points out that you see Baker Mayfield really not  getting back to the bad habits that he had in 2019. Obviously this was a great season for the Browns. There are so many bright sports on offense. In regards to WR OBJ,  they need to address what his role is on this team because he is making so much money. This will be the first time in his career where he will have to make an adjustment for the offense, not the other way around.

Greg believes the Jets seem to be or have been number one on the Deshaun Watson wish list. Will be shocked if the Jets draft a quarterback, it’s either going to be Deshaun Watson or Sam Darnold at the QB position for the Jets  It’s tough to evaluate the Giants season because they are improved with Joe Judge, but did have a losing season. This could very well be a playoff team in New York. The issue with the Giants is we don’t know who exactly Daniel Jones is.

Jon can see what the Lions franchise is doing, knows that there is a rebuild plan in place. Really likes the direction they are going in under Dan Campbell. Really likes what Brad Holmes brings to the Lions in terms of leadership. Yes they traded Matthew Stafford, but what they are getting back is very strong. So great to see Calvin Johnson get in the Hall of Fame, he is a first Ballot Hall of Famer on and off the field

With the Buccaneers making the Super Bowl, the Rays making the World Series and the Lightning winning Lord Stanley, this is such a special time to be a Tampa Bay Sports fan. The Buccaneers still have the biggest sports fan base in Tampa Bay so winning this Super Bowl would be the granddaddy of them all. Tom Brady is great no matter how you look at it and he is also a tremendous leader. He has shown this entire team how to win, he could teach a Masters course. 

The bottom line is the players want to get paid in this sport. The MLB realizes they need the big time money and a hefty percentage of that comes in October. It comes in the umbrella of the TV money. The sport really wants the general population to get vaccinated for their own well being and to fill the seats in the baseball stadiums some day. The owners want the players to get their dose of the vaccine before they come into spring training.

The Kansas City Chiefs have an awful lot of weapons on offense. This is a team that is coming into the Super Bowl very confident. The Chiefs are playing very strong complimentary football this season because the defense is a lot better. This is a much more balanced team compared to Mahomes first year. Obviously Mahomes is incredibly dynamic. Tyrann Mathieu is so special for the Chiefs defense and this team. He is a tremendous leader.

Mark breaks down how Tom Brady coming to the Bucs in 2020 absolutely created a buzz and rightfully so. In Brady bringing the Buccaneers to not just a playoff appearance but a super bowl appearance, he has proven he is the greatest of all time. A lot of people will be writing about him vs Belichick, but he doesn’t think it’s that big of a deal. Brady is incredibly competitive to begin with, that is what is motivating him.

Colin begins the interview by talking about how great new Piston Jerami Grant has been this season. It’s an exciting to time to be a sports fans with the NBA season heating up and having the Super Bowl just around the corner. What people need to understand about Ben Simmons is that he doesn’t need to be anyone aside from Ben Simmons. So many people want to turn him into something that he is not, he is already a very special player. ?

Berry realizes that The Sooners won the Big 12, but by most people's standards for that school, they did not quite have the year that they wanted. The College Football Playoff is always the expectation! Spencer Rattler considering how inexperienced he was did an excellent job at the QB position. Berry would give him an A as a grade for the season. Lincoln Riley  could be NFL bound after a long time at Oklahoma.

Matt breaks down how the Rockets players were at first competing with James Harden for an NBA Title. Then all of a sudden they are in rebuild mode. In today's game there is an incredible amount of player empowerment. It's very clear that Harden had too many things go wrong and too many of the people he was close with in terms of upstairs walked away.

Jason starts off talking about the Chiefs, they are an incredibly elite team. The Bills making the AFC Title game is an incredible accomplishment and such a great story. Lamar Jackson has absolutely proven that he is a true Franchise QB

Howard realizes that the standard of the play for the Arizona Cardinals has dipped as of late. In 3 of their last 4 losses they didn't even reach 20 points in the game. They really struggled in Week 17. Not having a healthy Kyler Murray doesn't help. They didn't have Larry Fitzgerald in Week 17 which always makes a huge difference. The Rams weren't very good today, but the Cardinals were worse. Aaron Rodgers is likely the MVP.

Tyler starts off talking about Cam Newton not likely to be the quarterback of the Patriots in the 2021 NFL Season. Patriots’ fans are absolutely mixed when it comes to whether or not they should root for Tom Brady. The AFC is simply better than the NFC this season. The Chiefs look like they are primed to go back to back in terms of Super Bowl Champions. Having home field advantage in the playoffs doesn’t have nearly that same impact in years past

Dan begins by discussing the state of the bowl games. There have been a lot of bowl games cancelled due to the Pandemic climate we are in. The Music City Bowl was a key bowl game that was cancelled. It is a hard situation all the way around. The main focus is the college football playoff that will take place on January 1st. Cincinnati has a good chance to end up undefeated.

Russell believes that In the NFL you still need defense to win overall. The Eagles beat the Saints on Sunday, the best team in the NFC. You never know what can happen on any given Sunday. There is plenty of blame to go around in Philly. A little momentum each season can carry into next season.

Scott starts out discussing Ryan Tannehill being a winning Quarterback even though he lost on Sunday with what happened to the Titans. Kevin Stefanski for the Browns has probably done the best jobs of any NFL Coach this season. The Browns are getting outscored coming into Week 13 and the fact that they are 9-3 is truly incredible.

Yogi starts off with saying people feel like Trevor Lawrence is the most NFL ready QB since Andrew Luck. Him and Justin Fields have to be 1 and 2 in this year's draft class. Trevor and Justin have that work ethic, desire to be great and the intangibles. Mack Jones, the Alabama QB is somebody that people should watch out for at the NFL level as well.

We might see deals announced, but it won’t officially happen until after the draft to preserve cap space.  It’s very likely that Dennis Schroder ends up a Laker. Rajon Rondo is likely leaving Lakers. This is such an interesting year in the NBA because just when you think you are getting a break, you don’t. Nobody wants to jeopardize their draft case. LaMelo Ball has the most upside of the big three ?in the upcoming NBA Draft

Dick Anderson of the 1972 Dolphins, the last undefeated NFL team, joins Jody to talk about that historic year and his career as a Dolphin. Anderson also shares some memories with his late coach Don Shula and his thoughts on Tua and the rest of the current Dolphins' team. 

Should the Chargers be excited in Los Angeles because they have a bright young quarterback in the making in Justin Herbert and the answer is yes according to Nick. He is poised beyond his years, he is able to run the football as well. He is accurate, decisive, but the Chargers need to be able to finish games. Sam Darnold has not been put in a good situation with the Jets

When Kevin Cash came out and took out Blake Snell Scott simply couldn’t believe it. He had a two hit shutout at one point, he simply looks unhittable versus the Dodgers, you simply can’t make that move. You have to trust your players. Baseball isn’t won on a spreadsheet
