My clients don't interact with any of it. Most barely know it exists. They just see the results.
I'm also being straight about what building this actually took. Months of things breaking, agents confidently getting things wrong, and a lot of muttering at my screen. The gap between using AI casually and having it do real work inside a business is enormous. I think you deserve to know that.
