Pyrotechnics has become a big part of the celebrations that we think of in America. Everything from the big 4th of July fireworks displays to weddings and concerts. It's really all over the place, and an iconic company in the pyrotechnics industry is Pyrotex, Inc. They started in 1979, and Paige Mejia is in the studio. She's one of the owners.

I didn't realize this, but the Jewish community in Dallas-Fort Worth is some 60,000 people strong, and many of them are requesting kosher meals. That's why I brought in the husband-and-wife team of Howard & Miriam Goldfeder. They're in the studio, and they run Gourmet Palate.

DFW is home to some 8 million people. It's a very growing population and one of the fastest growing populations within DFW is the Hindus of DFW. Joining us today are three of the driving forces behind this amazing organization: Pankaj Kumar, Vishnu Chimmula, & Balaji Ariyanan.

One of the fastest-growing categories of books in America is romance novels. However, when you think about a typical romance novel author, you picture a woman. It's somebody who spent their whole life writing romance and watching romantic comedies. My next guest has written a bestselling book. It's called For Years Until Ever After.
