Her recent book <em>Manifest </em>is a <em>Sunday Times Best Seller</em>, and reached the ‘Top 5’ for ten consecutive weeks. </p><br><p>In this episode she shares with us how she turned her life around, from parties, drugs and recklessness to now living her dream life. Manifestation has played a key role in the changes in Roxie’s life, she talks through what manifestation is and how you can practice it in your everyday life. She shares her experiences of imposter syndrome, self-worth and self-trust and the importance of adaptability.</p><br><p>Roxie expresses that, “the beauty of manifestation is the ability to become the best and most empowered version of ourselves”.
