E106 - Anthony Taylor: Thinking correctly under pressure

<p>Anthony Taylor is a current professional football referee. He has been a member of the Select Group of referees since the 2010/11 season, who officiate primarily in the Premier League.&nbsp;</p><br><p>Anthony has been chosen to referee the FA Cup Final, League Cup Final, Play-Off Final and the UEFA Nations League Final.&nbsp;But before football, Anthony's first career was as a prison officer at a category A jail.</p><br><p>On 12 June 2021, Anthony was the referee&nbsp;for the&nbsp;EURO 2020 group stage match between Finland and Denmark when Danish midfielder&nbsp;Christian Eriksen collapsed on the pitch and required emergency treatment before being transferred to a local hospital and stabilised.</p><br><p>&nbsp;.......</p><br><p><strong>Calling all teachers, schools and educators!</strong> High Performance is delighted to partner with National Careers Week!
