Is the education system truly preparing our youth for the future? I recently had Matt Beaudreau on the podcast, and that conversation got me thinking... What skills do we need to instill in today's youth to prepare them for the rest of their life? The school system teaches them how to get a grade on a paper or test, but when it comes to "real life" it doesn't teach them how to excel. Here are my thoughts, enjoy!
