He is a sleep advocate and host of the podcast called "Best Night Ever!" which is dedicated to helping people get a great night's sleep. He has also been a former cosmetic dentist and a startup co-founder! 


In this interview, Dr. Khorsandi is sharing with us his knowledge, in regards to optimizing your sleep. He talks about nutritional support, sleep optimization, setting up your sleep sanctuary, and essentially getting yourself into a position to be able to optimize the way you sleep and recover overnight.
