Sean is one of the founding members of Beyond Limits Coaching and a combat veteran of the Royal Engineers. His time in Afghanistan and more recently, Syria, gave him tons of perspective on life and a never quit attitude. He's currently releasing a book called, Barrie, about his story in Syria and how it led to him rescuing a stray dog named Barrie.
