If you're like me and you prefer to train at home, you'll typically have to be a little more creative with your workouts to get the results you're after.
The good news is that creativity in training can make some much-needed creativity elsewhere in your life easier.
The better news is that you you'll very possibly end up with a badazz physique because you won't be doing the cookie-cutter programs you see everyone in the gym doing, AND you'll be more likely to stick with it since training at home is far more convenient. Win/win!
