On today's episode I'm happy to introduce my online student Dr. Justin Schooth - a large-animal veterinarian who - when not rasslin' with cows and horses - is hosting preposterous poundages in his kettlebell and calisthenics workouts.

But it wasn't always wine and roses. A lifetime of athletic endeavors combined with a tough-as-nails job hit him with some debilitating physical issues - some so bad that at their worst he could barely sleep.
