Last week we spoke to random people on the street to get their impressions of our industry- one-off anecdotal accounts on a micro level. This week we're doing the opposite and getting a high-level macro view of the industry with Cyrus Bulsara, who runs PCR (professional consultants and resources) which is the go-to source of data for the beauty industry. The beauty industry's audience and influencers alike jumped on and created accounts to stake their claim on, what may be, the Instagram killer. Here's what it is, who's behind it, and what you need to know about it.
