Opponents of Constitutional Carry have argued that criminals will be emboldened to brazenly carry more. More guns, more crime, they plea. The stats do not back up those fears. In the second hour, Guy talks about President Biden’s recent pardons for Marijuana possession convictions. While Guy doesn’t believe that Marijuana possession should be a criminal offense, Federal law does. Guy warns the listeners to be wary that possession of usage of Marijuana may take away their 2nd Amendment rights. The N.I.C.S. form 4473 question 21e specifically asks if you are a user of Marijuana. 21e, even adds a warning, that it is still prohibited federally, even if your state has made it legal.
