We have to adopt the mindset of an overachiever. Overachievers never think they're working hard enough. They ask questions and seek mentorship. Overachievers do the things others aren't willing to do. Be an overachiever!

With social media, we live in a world that promotes instant gratification and tricks people into thinking they can be an "overnight success." The only way to guarantee success is consistent daily disciplines that compound over time.

I recently got a DM asking me to cover work-life balance. This one is all gonna depend on where you're at in life and in business. Regardless, you're rarely gonna achieve 50/50 balance. If you're young, create an imbalance and grind now so that you can create an imbalance later in the other direction. If you already have a family & other responsibilities, it becomes more about finding rhythm rather than balance.

The Golden Rule: Treat Others As You Would Want To Be Treated. We've all heard it before, but are you able to live by The Golden Rule? When you can get to a place where you're operating by the golden rule, you'll be surprised on the impact it will have in your life. We're all human, but we tend to judge ourselves on our intentions and judge everyone else on their actions. Put yourself in the other person's shoes. How would you want to be treated?

Happiness is an inside job! No person, place, or thing can bring you true happiness. It's something you have to create with a positive mindset and an attitude of gratitude.
