Adversity is inevitable. You have to train your mind to be stronger than your feelings in order to overcome adversity. It comes down to perspective and a mindset of resilience.

What does your diet look like? Diet doesn't stop at the food you eat, it includes everything you consume. In order to level up in life, you have to be intentional with what you "feed" yourself.

When it comes to your effort, the difference between 7 & 10 or 8 & 10 seems small, but in reality it's game-changing. If you can approach life with a level 10 effort and work ethic, within time, you'll find yourself miles ahead of your competition.

In reality, unless there is a cap on your main income, you're more likely to increase profits by reinvesting in the business you know best.

Negative experiences in life aren't a handicap, they're an advantage. You need to channel your negative experiences and use them as fuel to keep moving forward.

We have to adopt the mindset of an overachiever. Overachievers never think they're working hard enough. They ask questions and seek mentorship. Overachievers do the things others aren't willing to do. Be an overachiever!

Be careful what you wish for! People fall into the trap of complaining that they're working hard. Be grateful for the work you get to do. There are people that would do anything to trade places with you.

This isn't a job, it's a lifestyle! The first 40 hours of work is what most people do. To achieve greatness, it's about what you do with the rest of your time.

Often times, the best mentors and coaches in the world are leading others through a path that they've already been through. They know the obstacles and set backs ahead, along with how to either avoid them or overcome them.

You have to have Patience in the Process on your way to the Prize! With social media, we live in a world that promotes instant gratification and tricks people into thinking they can be an "overnight success." The only way to guarantee success is consistent daily disciplines that compound over time.

This week we have on my dog, Joey Crivelli. At 24 years old and only 15 months in our business, Joey has already become one of our top Regional Directors at Arias. This stud is one of the most coachable peolple I've had the privilege to work with.
