S3 Ep12: Bonnie Scotland’s Sarah Bonar

Scotland, Quins & RAF lock, Sarah Bonar joins Scaz & Elma in the studio this week. She’s been kept out of the Six Nations thus far by a broken collar bone (AKA Colly B, who you’ll get to know throughout the episode) - but she still gives us the inside scoop from Scotland’s clashes with England & Wales. Spartans & Scottish rugby feature heavily, not to mention stories from Bonar’s time as a GB rower, her day job in the RAF, her very important business cards and the school assembly bangers that still get her going. And while, we’ll never know what happened in Glasgow, we do know that if Scaz were an animal, she’s be a duck, so at least there’s that.
