This week, Georgie speaks to Irish actress and wellness advocate Leigh Arnold. Leigh spends most of the year in Ibiza where her and her husband Steve run wellness retreats. They set up their wellness business after losing their son Flynn shortly after he was born. Leigh speaks to Georgie about this devastating time and how she turned to nature, meditation and yoga throughout her healing process.
