What an honour it is to be joined in studio by Chef Aaron Middleton, one of the most followed chefs in the country and an alumni of such Michelin star establishments as; Le Manoir, The Ledbury & Hyde. Aaron has also been Richard Bransons private chef on Necker Island for a number of years and is about to resume the role in the coming weeks, and if that wasn't enough came 3rd place on Masterchef The Professionals. In this episode, Aaron shares with us his incredible career tale which takes him from a 16 year old working at a cookery school in the countryside to becoming one of the most recognised faces in the industry and of course shares with us all of his 'go-to's'.
