Maybe your LO is finally sleeping through the night, but absolutely refusing the potty in the daytime. When your baby moves into a new sleep routine (often around 6mo but can happen any time!) we often see EC routines take a hit. This is normal! Their little brains are learning so much! In this week's episode I answer a listener question about getting back on track with EC when "sleep training" affects "potty training".
