Especially among the underrepresented student, first generation student, and minority student populations, the barriers to education are insurmountable. How do we start building systems and solutions that ensure access to economic advancement for all? Joel Vargas, Vice President of Programs at JFF (Jobs for the Future), is here with us today to share all he does to work towards rewriting education and workforce systems to achieve that very goal.
