Now is the time to focus on equity, diversity, and inclusion. The need for change has been recognized. The demographics of students has changed. And all students need to feel they belong in the classroom. Dr. Erika Endrijonas is here to share with us her goals in diversifying the faculty and curriculum at Pasadena City College. She intends to prioritize creating equity in education and sending that initiative outward into the future workplace.
