In this episode, host Salvatrice Cummo sat down with Dr. Brock Klein, the Associate Dean of Pathways First Year Experience Program at the beginning of the 2019-2020 school year in the Fall to talk about his role within the program, how they support students before they even begin at Pasadena City College and the importance of building a team students can rely on past the first year of college, in order to prepare them for completion. As we enter the New Normal, programs such as pathways are imperative to designing or redesigning what that path to exit will look like.
