I have exciting news to share… The Freq Show is officially moving! 🎉
After a lot of soul-searching (and podcast stat-surfing), we’re moving The Freq Show to the feed where it all began — my original podcast, Self-Worth with Jaclyn Steele. And with that move, we’re rebranding the feed to The Freq Show.

Because the Self-Worth audience is still so strong — you’re still tuning in, messaging me, and sharing these episodes — and I want YOU to be part of everything that’s next.
