The last 19 months have thrown all of us for a loop. In today's special episode of Self Discovery, I interview two frontline nurses who have been caring for critically ill Covid patients since the very beginning of the pandemic. We chat what it's like to be a frontline nurse during this time, strengthening our immune systems, vaccines, and the importance and legitimacy of being able to ask questions about your personal health.
This is sensitive subject matter and both Adrienne and Isaac are brutally honest about their experiences. As someone who speaks regularly about living in an empowered state versus a state of fear, I believe this episode is very important as it reminds of how deeply damaging fear really is to our spirits, minds and physical bodies.
