T jumps right into the current events with the NBA All-Star Game, and how impressive the athletes continue to be.  He philosophized about the human body, limitations, and discusses when he thinks humans will stop improving athletically/physically. 

He goes on a rant about differing opinions, why we should encourage them, and tells a story of his friend completing something amazing athletically and not being supported because of differing views/energies, and why we should separate opinions from energies.  

His life lesson has to do with how to control your energy and where you should focus it the most. How to conserve the energy you have and what to do to make sure you have enough for all the demands life puts on you. 

The Devils Advocate was all about counting calories and macros.  Is it good for your health, or ultimately detrimental?  Let him know!
