T gets deep and personal about cancel culture and his perspective on cancelling athletes, celebrities, and just people in general.  Tying it into fitness, he talks about fat shaming, and how we improve as a people.

Life's lesson from fitness is all about how things are always changing, improving, and becoming "better" and "more effective," but that doesn't mean you have to implement them into your life to be better.  He tells a story about being a total jerk to someone in the gym and how that ties into not giving into every piece of advice.

Devil's Advocate takes the concept of "authenticity" and why we should or shouldn't try to be our authentic selves with those we interact with, especially online.

Should we be authentic or not?!?!  And why?

The one thing to do to improve your life is pretty simple; Focus on the tiny choices you make on a daily basis, to make big improvements. Focus on the "One Degree."
