David Gonski AC is a former chairman of the Australia Council, and chairman of ANZ Banking Group, Coca-Cola Amatil and the Sydney Theatre Company. But when he released his Rudd Government-commissioned report into school funding in 2011, Gonski became a household name across Australia.
