Glenn shares how customer service has equal priority in protection, especially during peacetime, and it cannot be all about security all the time. He shares how he was during 9/11 and the amazing initiatives they have with BRAVO to help veterans and foster community relations.

Glenn: "I think that that's just so important that we listen to what the client needs and provide all the security expertise that's needed, but at the same time, you need to also show some customer service."
Glenn: "Create authentic relationships is so important. And you know what, ask for help. Just ask for help. I can tell, anybody who comes to me, if I see something, come over, somebody wants to connect with me on LinkedIn... but if the person reaches out to me and says hey, here's my predicament, I need help, absolutely. I can't say no."
