Not only your learning style but the learning styles of those who work for you as well. Throughout my life I struggled with feeling like I wasn't smart enough to do great things like others. I always looked at this as my failures and didn't learn until later in life that it was just my inability to learn the same as others. I have always been a visual and auditory learner and the "book smarts" crowd always plagued me with defeat. It wasn't their fault and it wasn't mine. I just learned differently. And I didn't know how to identify that difference at the time. Years later I totally understand! Come listen in as I share more of my experiences and let's think about what learning style you relate to most.

I believe whole heartedly and its one of the main things I teach... "When you learn how to navigate through your weaknesses, your weaknesses then become your super power". When we can learn to address the things that have held us captive both in heart and mind, then we can discover who we truly are, unique and beautiful with so much untapped potential and an ability to change the world one person at a time.
