Today I am going to share with you the one principle that will change everything. Everything in your life, family, business, ministry, relationships, and any other thing you can think of. This principle is so simple that all you need is a heart or gratitude. I want to challenge you today to practice this one principle and see what changes in your life. So many times we concern ourself with the approval of man, when God has already approved of us. We forget that when God speaks directly to our heart, it shouldn't matter what other people say and think. Have you ever been there in your life? I have...many times. There was a time when I felt lost on who I was. What was my purpose and how was I supposed to figure out what I was created to do? So many questions followed by so many answers. But not all the right answers. I played this comparison game for years wondering why I wasn't as settled or established as other people. God had another plan and it was going to take a little time to figure it out. But I did. Come listen in as I share that story with you because I know there is someone out there who needs to be reminded that God has a plan. Let me encourage you today.

Why has God entrusted so much to us? Have you ever asked yourself that question? Has He really entrusted us with much? Think about it for a moment. He entrusted us with such a great position and opportunity to be a blessing to others. Why do we worry? What does it benefit us to allow anxiety to weigh us down? God's Word reminds us consistently of His promise to be with us at all times. We just need to believe. I want to fill you with the Word of God today and remind you that there is life without anxiety. I have been there in my life many times and I have seen God show up. Some may argue because we are here to serve our customers/clients, but many times we serve our customers better when we choose to stand on our value. At the beginning of each New Year, we are given a great opportunity to reflect and reevaluate the things that we did in our family, ministry, and business. We reassess life. Trust God as you transition into this New Year. 2022 may be ending but it shouldn't be left behind. We don't move from one thing to the next in an instant. We transition, and in most cases, transition with grace. Resolving to do something new or better is always great, but reflection is needed in the process. Think on 2022 for a moment and recognize the things that are not meant to throw away for the sake of a fresh start. But what do we need to press through and continue for the sake of purpose. Each New Year does not bring a new start, but rather brings an opportunity to continue on. Sometimes we just need encouragement. Throughout this past week, God showed me the hearts of so many business owners and their faith walk with Him. It was beautiful to see. Do not fear the unexpected. Step out of your conditions and enter the place of unexpected adventure. Unexpected Adventure. There, you will find more of God's presence, power, and love than ever before. "Step out with me", God whispers. Be encouraged in His word.

What makes the expert an expert? That's a good question and I would love to hear your thoughts. I would also love to share mine and although many times people agree to disagree, I find that this subject can sometimes become heated conversation. It's how we learn, what we learn, how long we've been learning, and ultimately what man qualifies as "expert" status. What is the qualification? We have been given a great responsibility to think for ourselves and determine what we know inner heart is true for us. And that is ok.

You are beautiful, even in the moments when you don't feel as though you are. The seashell is broken, cracked, transparent, been through the storm and waves, and yet still so beautiful and strong. Know that the scars and brokenness in your life does not define who you are. There is true beauty in the broken things in life. And you are one of those most beautiful ones.

Our youth are full of visions and dreams. There is so much purpose in them at such a young age and we forget that we were once just like them. Bold, inspired, excited, and determined, looking for guidance and support. We have lessons to share with them and they have lessons to share with us. Life lessons that add value to everything we do and all that we have. Find a young entrepreneur to pour into. Encouragement is a great place to start. You just might find yourself encouraged and inspired when you take the time to do for others. Our youth are talented, creative, and purposed to accomplish and create great things. Do you know who you are? What were you created to do? God always has a purpose for us but sometimes in our surface thinking, we don't seem to dig deep enough to see the greater gift. He called each one of us to a specific position. I have learned that even in my youth He was always speaking that position of purpose to me, but I didn't quite catch on until years later. How often do you ask God for what you want instead of considering what He wants for you? Our God is great and mighty and His plan for our life is already established. We often forget that He wants nothing more than to love and bless His children, but with every plan, there is a time for all things to manifest. What are you believing God for? Has it happened? Is the customer always right? This seems to become a very passionate debate every time I hear this question come up. Where did this phrase "The Customer is Always Right" even come from? What was the true intention from the heart of those that birthed this belief? It's quite interesting how we seem to immediately insert our own personal experiences in order to come up with a viewpoint oaths question. Your business takes on the character of who you are. You set an atmosphere for your customers or clients that will either draw them in or push them away. "Take me back to the garden" was something my heart would say over and over. I missed those moments with my hands in the soil, sweat rolling down my face, the random breeze that would make me look up at the sky and whisper "Thank you Father". What are boundaries? Why are they so important? And are we often times more willing to sacrifice to make others happy? It doesn't matter if its our personal, everyday life or work life. The Wallet...It was definitely a day to rejoice. Just like any other day but this one just really touched my heart differently. There was significance in the whisper I heard right before I found this treasure. Come listen to the story of "the wallet", my wallet and be blessed. What does it mean to have great expectation? Expectation is defined as "a strong belief that something will happen or be the case in the future". Belief is "an acceptance that a statement is true or that something exists". Faith overcomes fear but it is up to us whether we allow fear to cause anxiety and worry to overtake our mind and heart. I always looked at this as my failures and didn't learn until later in life that it was just my inability to learn the same as others. I have always been a visual and auditory learner and the "book smarts" crowd always plagued me with defeat. It wasn't their fault and it wasn't mine. I just learned differently.
