The Detroit Lions proven that Dan Campbell and the coaching staff know how to develop players, and to set them up for success. How to motivate, and get the most out of the Lions, and how to create a culture of winning and brotherhood. The Detroit Lions Players have proven that they know how to play as a team, for each other, how to support and communicate and how to win when the odds are stacked against them. Most of all, they've proven that they have grit. Some think that term is a bit played out, but as Peter Drucker said, "Culture eats strategy for breakfast." The Detroit Lions are like no other team that has been to the brink and lost. I can't think of another team that I was so sure would do it again, but next time take it all the way. The Lions organization, to a man, believes the same thing - and THAT is the battle.
