Episode number 20 on 02/20/2020! An incredible energetic performer, Simon Floss, is on the show to talk about Good Night Theatre's upcoming production Alvin Fletcher's Surprise 34th Birthday Party. Magician/Mentalist/Hynotist Zac Tenneboe AKA Zstonish has a new show called Deceptions which he'll be premiering March 12th.

Episode 19 leads us into Valentine's Day weekend. It's always sweet to converse about Sioux Empire Arts & Entertainment. This week's conversation is with the creative Toby Kane. He's a founder member of Basement Dwellers Improv Comedy and singer/songwriter. Find out all he has cooking (hint toward another part of the interview). A shorter show than usual as a technical issue couple with human (my error) have left another conversation floating in some cloud and will need to be rescheduled.

It's Episode 18 which means we can vote! Who are you voting for...wait for it...for the Oscars? Augustana University professor Jeffrey Miller joins us to go through the lists. Then a return visit from Sioux Empire Community Theatre Executive Director Robin Byrne along with OurMayberry's Shawn Tacey to talk about a new venture.

This week's Sioux Empire Arts & Entertainment Conversations include a lady that has fun singing on stage with a variety of bands and groups. A former radio colleague, Mike Henriksen, joins us as well. The area sportscaster and I discuss the correlation between sports and entertainment.

The Sweet 16 Episode includes a conversation with the brand new Executive Director of the Sioux Falls Jazz & Blues Society, Alex Gilbert-Schrag. Local comedian and one of the Sno-Jam Comedy Festival organizers, Luke Johnson also sat down to give us a rundown of that event's big weekend.

Some busy guys join me this week. Comedian Dan Bubllitz is back in town the next couple of weekends. There's a new publication in town called Sioux Falls Stage. Luke Tatge has added magazine publisher to his list of things that keep him busy.

Sioux Empire Arts & Entertainment conversations include a couple of dynamite ladies. Lynora Hintz has been in Sioux Empire Community Theatre productions and will be in the upcoming Good Night Theatre Collective's Guilty Pleasures Cabaret. Singer Elisabeth Hunstad vocal varieties can be heard at a variety of venues around the area. Plus some exciting musical news about another podcast on the horizon. All part of Episode 14. Local artist Rodger Ellingson was gracious enough to sit down with a very gravelly voiced host this week. Regrettably shorter show than I like to provide you, but the voice is very sluggish after dealing with the same virus(es) many have had to put up with this fall.
