There are no accidents in this Universe. Taking you through some of my major catalysts and how everything we need is already available to us. Starting 5 years ago from watching the Secret and how far I have come from then. Knowing your path is divine and our life is like a dot to dot. We are just following the pieces we left and finding out own path. Following what lights us up and sparks our flames. Doing our inner work daily and letting it become our healthy lifestyle for our Mind Body and Soul. Helping you remember your divinity and purpose. This journey is incredible.

Each of us has our own triggers, they could be around family, work, love, friendships. Each time we are triggered our energy and behaviour change. We sit and go over and over what we said, or did, if we could have done something different, if you were wrong etc. When having a coach by your side to assist you when you are triggered and to help you step away from the toxic ego to step into your divinity.

Distant Reiki healing - You can book yourself in for a Reiki healing session. I do these slightly different, I will send you healing and then intuitively connect with your guides and send you a reading at the end. This kind of healing is the most powerful I have given.
