There are no accidents in this Universe. Everything is in divine timing. Right now I am super busy with distant Reiki clients, spreading my light and gift. Today I wanted to chat to you today about trigger work and how to work through it. It can be a long challenging process but so worth every minute. I help women ditch their toxic EGO to own their purpose and divinity. I love working with my clients on their triggers and what really affects them, how to overcome the anxieties and fears. It is important work and we can set ourselves free. Every trigger is a lesson to work through. The same lessons will keep showing up until we have healed from this EGO story. I love this work!!! Six Week EGO to ME Programme  1-1 Coaching -

These 6 weeks working together are for us to explore where you triggers lie and how you currently deal with them. Each of us has our own triggers, they could be around family, work, love, friendships. Each time we are triggered our energy and behaviour change. Usually we let our ego take over and we end up feeling isolated, panicked and stressed about the situation.
