Ballay QHHT Practitioner / Past Life Regression Hypnotist My journey to learning the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a two-part journey, one part I was exploring a business venture that will help people, something to make people’s lives better, something that is good for humanity and with a purpose. The 2nd part was my interest in other worlds, the unexplained, that there is more to the human story than we know, lost ancient knowledge. The unbelievable information that comes from these sessions and the healing afterward is amazing and I’ve found this to be a double win situation. How did Jason discover QHHT by Dolores Cannon… In 2011, my interest in ancient stories and lost knowledge of Atlantis and Egypt began to be reawakened again ever since I was a little boy. Anytime I heard anything about Atlantis on TV it had my full attention and I wanted to learn more. Later on, after some research, I discovered the books of Edgar Cayce, aka the sleeping prophet. The information that came from his sessions, like why was Atlantis destroyed, the purpose of the Pyramids, and the hall of records believed to be located under the Sphinx. Soon after, I discovered Dolores Cannon, and that is when I had a full taste of metaphysics. That everything is energy, everything has a vibration, and everything is connected to other worlds and other dimensions. In 2017, after reading Dolores’ work I wanted to learn more about the hypnosis technique that she was teaching. I still had so many unanswered questions about my personal life and work, which led me to become a past life regression hypnotist in 2018. A Cord Cutting Meditation // Episode #19 The last 2 weeks have been challenging for me. Some past wounds have come up to be healed again. I lost a friend to covid and through it all I remembered to live life through the high and low. We can't always be high vibes, we have to look deep and go through the dark nights of the soul. I also became an Auntie which I am loving. The roller coaster of emotions can be tough but as we work through them we grow and heal. Setting Healthy Boundaries & Allowing Ourselves To Feel Sadness // Episode #18 Things haven't been 'normal' for many of us over the past year but we have all been transforming and growing. Recently I had a sad day, and this was OK, I allowed my self to feel the sadness, the sadness that I miss my partner. But instead of turning the sad day into a sad week or month I knew this low energy wouldn't last. A high vibe day was on its way and this low energy was temporary. This is why having strong healthy boundaries in important, because when we are in lower energy frequencies it is easier to be triggered. Our boundaries can be tested in these times, as mine where this week. It isn't selfish to have those healthy boundaries in place. When we say no to others we are saying yes to ourselves. Cutting Energetic Cords & Happy New Year // Episode #13 Happy New Year wonderful souls. Thank you for listening to me throughout 2020. I am thrilled to be back with some amazing episodes coming up and new interviews. Today I am chatting about cutting energetic ties. It seems to be the theme this week, so I decided to address it in today's episode. Whenever we face difficult situations, come out of bad relationships, get triggered, or meet negative people, we will form cords to that person. Good and bad. But these cords can stay attached to us, causing our energy to dip and relive these situations. It is important to do cord cutting as much as you can until you feel the release of the negative cords. Triggers in a Twin Flame Relationship & Dealing With Separation // Episode #11 After a little tiff at the weekend, Chris and I decided to chat about it. Being authentic and real about twin flame relationships, also being separated. It has been a tough few weeks since Chris left for New Zealand and we have had to adapt to our new living environments. But we urge other couples to ride with the changes and work on those triggers gracefully and compassionately. Your partner always has something to teach you about yourself. As twin flames we are always mirroring back what needs healing in the other person. Chris and I have worked hard on our ego this year and we will continue to do so. After our 4th tiff of the year we thought its time to spread the news and help others. To not only know its normal but to show others that you can have a wonderful loving relationship and still have tiffs. We grow, learn and teach each other through the whole process.
