My life took its biggest and most inwards turn when I was diagnosed with life-threatening Ulcerative Colitis at 19 years old.
The tipping point of my journey, my life has since transitioned through the cascading effects of this disease such as numerous abusive relationships, family breakdowns and self sabotage. What I have traversed through and learned throughout my journey is that EVERYTHING stems from an emotional charge.
As the woman I am now, I’m passionate about inspiring women to tune into the subtle energies of the body and learn to listen to the guidance, because it’s always there.
As someone who has kept so much of her struggles hidden for so long, I’m also now realising how urgent and pressing it is that we speak openly and honestly about the darkness in order for it to be illuminated with light.
I’m here to inspire and to spark conversations within to gain self empowerment.
