In Episode 365: The Haunted Hallway, we are joined by multiple guests! Joining us first is Tony’s dad Brian, who discusses with Tony what happened this past weekend when Tony and his brother Jack visited an old World War II POW camp, where Nazis and Japanese soldiers were once interrogated. Following this discussion, guest Chris shares stories of a house where he grew up that was actively haunted by someone who was previously part of his father’s family. Episode 363: The Shadows Of Suicide might be one of the most important episodes I will ever put out as a podcaster. Veteran suicide is something that plagues our soldiers, and Episode 363’s guest Jake is a testament to that. Jake was a soldier who was injured in the line of duty. Once he returned home, he couldn’t find any work because no one wanted to hire him with his disability. Jake entered a dark hole of depression, but in the moment of him holding a gun, ready to take his life, something happened that would pull him through the darkest moment of his life.I recorded this interview with Jake a few weeks ago, and after we were done I told him that I felt like this conversation needed to be released ASAP because I thought it could help a lot of people persevere through suicidal thoughts. My month of August episodes had already been planned, so I added this interview to be released today. Last week, I got a direct message on Instagram from an ex-wife of a listener named Greg. He and I connected a few months back about interviewing to share his experiences, and we scheduled him for December 24th, 2021. But, sadly, Greg’s ex-wife informed me that Greg had taken his life the week before last. Greg lost his battle with the darkness that plagued him, and I am left wondering if I would have released the interview sooner, would it have made a difference in Greg’s life?Please, I truly beg you, if you are fighting thoughts of suicide, seek out the help you need. Today does not need to be the final chapter of your life’s book. Time moves forward and so can you! With every day that goes by, you are one day closer to finding that hope that you have been searching for that could give your life the meaning every person needs. If you woke up today and suicide was something on the table of consideration for you, I am here to tell you that today is not your day. It’s not your predetermined fate, it’s not your destiny. I thought it would be fun to put out a mid-week show where Joel from VanTesla and I talk about the recently released single, "Bigfoot" and how that song came together. While I had Joel on with me we dove into some discussion on the infamous member's episode, "Discovering MK-ULTRA" where I found myself in the awkward position of having to inform "Cat" that she may have been part of the MK-ULTRA program. In Episode 347: Animal Mutilations, we talk with Mark and then Amber about the bizarre experiences they've each had. After his grandfather passed away, Mark moved into his grandfather's house as a young boy, where a lot of weird things happened to him. What scared him the most was a night as a teenager, when he woke up to see the imprints of hands making their way across his bed! Following Mark’s stories, Amber tells us about strange animal mutilations occurring in her area. She also describes how something once coaxed her up a mountainside, moving further and further up the mountain the closer she tried to get to it. In Episode 335: Dog vs Dogman, we are joined by Kyle who shares the most dramatic dogman experience ever sent to The Confessionals! Kyle was born and raised in Kentucky, and became a coon hunter at a very young age. When he was 15 years old, he and his grandfather set out for a night of hunting raccoons with their dogs Bow and Jake. Little did Kyle know that on this night, his life was going to change forever. The dogs treed a coon when a pack of coyotes moved in to challenge the hunting dogs. There was a strong battle of dominance, and when Kyle finally arrived at the scene he saw Jake standing strong with coyotes on the run. He then heard what he thought was his dog Bow on the other side of a large tree, chomping on a coyote. But, when he circled around to find Bow, he came face to face with a monstrous beast that towered over him. This is where Kyle's life changed forever, as a bloodthirsty dogman took chase after him, and a battle of dog versus dogman took place! The USS Forrestal experienced a tragedy in the 1960s when a missile was mistakenly launched onboard, resulting in many fires that claimed the lives of over 160 men. In Episode 311: The Mysterious Egress Industries, we are joined by Kyle and Steve from The Holosky Podcast. A couple of months ago I was contacted by a mutual listener, informing me about some of the crazy things that were happening on their show. Boy, they were not kidding! It all started when Steve was doing some research on Reddit for one of their upcoming shows, and stumbled across "dream flyers" that asked peculiar questions and advertised a phone number for "Egress Industries." Steve thought it could be an interesting idea for the show, and bought a burner phone to conduct their experiment. In Episode 309: The Predator, we talk JR, a former member of a "1%" motorcycle club. After doing something to get himself kicked out of the club, JR started his own burglary gang. Between the club and the gang, he was in deep trouble with the law and found himself on the run, hiding out on a very remote property in southeast Indiana. Although he was given permission to stay on the property, JR was also warned that something was roaming the land... Not paying much mind to that warning, he spent nine months at the location, spending his time looking for old artifacts he could sell for cash. Did Pat Garrett kill Billy the Kid?It was a moonlit night in Ft. Sumner, NM when history tells us that Sheriff Pat Garrett shot down the notorious outlaw Billy “the Kid”. Newspapers across the country quickly reported that the Kid was dead and Garrett quickly put the body in the ground. But rumors spread that the Kid had survived and the testimony of Garrett’s posse was contradictory about how, exactly, the shooting had gone down. Nevertheless, without evidence, the story of the heroic Sheriff stood for almost 70 years. Then, in 1950, an old man from Hico, TX petitioned the governor of New Mexico for a pardon for crimes he committed as Billy the Kid. No one took him seriously, and yet the old man was an exact match in physical characteristics and knew intimate details about the Kid’s life. He agreed to this on one condition- that the lawyer helps him obtain the pardon he was promised by the Governor but never received so he could die a free man. You see, Billy the Kid was still wanted for murder and was condemned to hang. To reveal himself was to risk arrest and death. This was a risk that William H. Roberts was willing to take. He sat down with Mr. Morrison and told his story.This book contains that story. It is the one true autobiography of Billy the Kid. A story that aside from some definite highlights and adventures that one would expect from the Kid, was remarkable normal and focused on his skill breaking horses as much or as more as his skill as a gunslinger. Billy the Kid was, in fact, just a gifted young cowhand who found himself juxtaposed against corrupt officials and lawmen at what became a key moment in American History.Before one dismisses Mr. Roberts it should be considered that 5 living acquaintances of Billy the Kid, aside from Mr. Evans who revealed him, were willing to sign legal affidavits that Mr. Roberts was the man they knew as Billy the Kid. Mr. Roberts' story became the inspiration for the opening scene in the hit movie "Young Guns II" starring Emilio Estevez as Billy the Kid. In episode 303: The Bigfoot Lights, we talk to Dustin who is a Native American with some amazing experiences. It all started out when he and his ex-girlfriend were driving back home from college to show off their new baby girl to their families. On their drive that night they saw a strange streaking light that was soon accompanied by more. As this experience continues these lights seemed to be very aware of them and triangulated on them as they drove. What follows is more lights coming from the lights in the sky, dropping down and following them as they drove. It seems UFOs have been a significant part of his life, having seen them both as a child and as an adult.
