Performance Management (Planning and Development)
- Developing -- Team members in their gifting, and for their roles
- Planning -- Goal Oriented in specific areas of their role
The future of church performance management is to:
- Keep emphasizing developers, not doers.
- Grow in teaching others to be able to teach others.
- Embrace customizing our development for our particular team members.
