Chad and Brian talk about Timothy Gallwey's great work on quieting the inner critic. The cost of not silencing these voices is our personal performance. Gallwey applied this to many sports, including tennis, gold, and skiing, and then applied it to the workforce, helping AT&T when their monopoly was broken apart.
A great video that demonstrates Gallwey's discovery is this ancient video of Gallwey teaching a person who has never played tennis how play and enjoy tennis in 30 minutes.
