Quite often when a coaching relationship isn't working, you should revisit the agreements. Agreements are not a "set it and forget it" item.
Here are a few agreements to consider:
- What the client should expect from the coach
- What the coach should expect from the client
- What the client should expect from the client
- What the coach should expect from the coach
Third party agreements should be given special consideration.
