No one is born knowing how to share their work. It's uncomfortable at first.
Back in Graduate School, I tried every way I could to incorporate my creativity into my academic writing. Despite all the effort, I never wanted to share my work with anyone in my circle of friends. Eventually I realized that it was because I wasn't proud of it.
In this episode, we explore how to face down our insecurities, sidestep impostor syndrome, and build resilence to not just share our work but create work we're proud enough to share.
