A new study says for every woman stepping into a director-level leadership role at work, two are choosing to leave. Forty-three percent of women leaders reported feeling burned out, compared to 31 percent of men, according to Lean In and McKinsey data. From a name change to another pivot, HourWork caught a wave that resulted in nearly 10,000 clients signing up.
