<p>In the fourth of five special editions running daily this week, we look back at some of the best podcasts over the past 12 months.</p><br><p>Rani Patel, co-founder and managing director at Calling; Ete Davies, chief operating officer at Dentsu Creative EMEA; and Sharon Lloyd-Barnes, commercial director and inclusion lead at the Advertising Association, join creativity and culture editor Gurjit Degun to discuss Black History Month. </p><br><p>Patel highlights the need for agencies to bring in "new thinkers" among black women – a pool of talent that she believes is "untapped". Davies added that the industry needs "lateral thinking" now more than ever, particularly in the creative space because it's being challenged on it's value.
