<p><em>Campaign's</em> features editor Matt Barker is joined by creativity and culture editor Gurjit Degun for this week's podcast.</p><br><p>The pair kick things off with a discussion of <a href="https://www.campaignlive.co.uk/article/unilever-calls-production-crews-inclusive-disability-community/1824562" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Unilever's recent call</a> for production crews to be more inclusive when it comes to members of the disability community.</p><br><p>They then look at <a href="https://www.campaignlive.co.uk/article/dentsu-creative-hires-caroline-pay-chief-creative-officer/1824114" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Caroline Pay joining Dentsu Creative</a> as chief creative officer and what she can expect to be taking on in her now role, as the final piece in the agency's creative team.</p><br><p>Matt interviews the six founding members of New Commerical Arts (along with relative newby Hannah White, managing director) to mark the agency's third anniversary.
