<p>Today's episode is for anyone wanting more time for what they love + needing a tangible and pragmatic way to prioritise themselves.</p><br><p>We will chat about the importance of having clear priorities and how to be flexible with them. I share my two lists of priorities: non-negotiables and wants, which will ensure you are always making time for the things that are most important to you, even when life gets chaotic.</p><br><p>HOWEVER, because life is unpredictable and things don't always go according to plan, we need to have some flexibility with these often 'rigid' non-negotiables.
