The Autoimmune Wellness Podcast is brought to you by Mickey Trescott, MSc., a functional nutritionist, chef, and author of three best-selling books: The Autoimmune Paleo Cookbook, The Autoimmune Wellness Handbook, and The Nutrient-Dense Kitchen. After personally navigating life with Hashimoto’s disease and celiac disease, Mickey is passionate about empowering others to take charge of their health.
