Show Notes
Ram Dass, a famous spiritual teacher once said, "If you think you're enlightened, go spend two weeks with your family." He's being funny, but he's got a point, doesn't he?
With the holidays upon us, the thought of spending time with our families might make some of us giddy with anticipation, but others of us might be dreading it. As much as we love our families, being around them can trigger old wounds and we can even get dragged into old arguments that have been going on for decades.
In this episode, Roy shares some perspectives on handling family drama so that it can be, "the most wonderful time of the year."
