Judge James Boasberg, who unlawfully seized control of the lawsuit against President Trump’s Alien Enemies Act proclamation and lawlessly ordered flights deporting alien Tren de Aragua terrorists in international airspace to be turned around and returned to the United States, was checked hard yesterday by the Supreme Court in a 5 to 4 decision that found Boasberg never had the legal authority to hear the case at all. Despite this, and even after the SCOTUS ruling of no jurisdiction over the case, Boasberg is lawlessly continuing this afternoon with a contempt hearing against the Trump administration, demanding that they show cause why they should not be held in contempt for failing to turn around the planes as demanded. Today President Trump scored yet ANOTHER YUGE win at the US Supreme Court, with Chief Justice John Roberts announcing that SCOTUS was acting to stay, or freeze, the order of leftie Federal Judge William Alsup that the President was to be compelled to hire back 16,000 fired executive branch employees.This follows on the two Supreme Court wins just yesterday, affirming Trump’s authority to deport Tren de Aragua invaders under the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 and his authority to deport MS-13 members as terrorists. Last week 17-year-old Kamelo Anthony fatally stabbed Austin Metcalf, also 17-years old, as both were attending a Texas high school track meet, from different schools. Anthony quickly fled the scene, discarded the knife in nearby bleachers. Florida Captain Brock Horner of Tarpon Coast Fishing was guiding a group of fisherman in his boat on Tuesday, April 1, when he took offense at the driver of another vessel, 22-year-old Gage Towles. We are finally seeing an action brought against radical federal judges that I’ve been urging for weeks—efforts to remove judges who are in violation of their Constitutional duty to serve only during good Behavior, as required by Article III Section 1 of the Constitution. Twenty states have filed an amicus brief with the US Supreme Court in support of President Trump’s executive order that the federal government is not to grant documents of citizenship to persons born on American soil to parents who are not themselves American citizens or permanent resident aliens. Halyna Hutchins on the movie set of “Rust” was dismissed with prejudice by trial Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer. The “prejudice” part of that means that the prosecution is prohibited from re-trying Baldwin on these manslaughter charges. Last week special prosecutor Kari Morrissey filed a motion to reconsider this dismissal with prejudice with Judge Sommer—and that’s what we’ll be taking a look at in today’s show.The basis for the dismissal with prejudice was a purported Brady violation by the prosecution. Brady is a US Supreme Court case that requires the prosecution to turn over exculpatory evidence to the defense. My immediate objection to this particular dismissal with prejudice on the basis of this purported Brady violation premised on this “Thell Reed” ammo was that the particular source of the live round is immaterial to the manslaughter charge against Baldwin. Today we explore the question of whether explicitly labeling former Deputy Eddie Duran’s shooting of Airman Roger Fortson as having “executed Fortson for exercising his Constitutional rights” might qualify as precisely this kind of defamation per se. Steve Rodriguez, 60, entered the Cozy Corner restaurant at 426 N. A man with strong feelings that the military actions of Israel in Gaza amount to genocide decides to charge across a busy street and tackle a man participating with others in a pro-Israel protest—and ends up shot in the abdomen by the man he attacked.Now the shooter, Scott Hayes, has been charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and is looking at 10 years in prison.(UPDATE: In the video I discuss that Hayes had also been charged with a civil rights violation good for 10 years in prison—that civil rights charge has been dropped since I recorded this video.) It's being reported that Hayes has been granted bail in the amount of $5,000, with a variety of conditions including GPS monitoring, but this will at least allow him to go to work and such.Presumably Hayes will attempt to justify his shooting as lawful self-defense. So a video is making the rounds of the internets in which a police officer responding to a noise complaint is standing just inside the doorway of a home while the female homeowner shouts at him to get out of her house. The officer refuses, makes a bunch of zany claims—such as “I own your house now”—and ultimately places the woman under arrest and handcuffs her. NFL wide receiver Tyreek Hill is clocked speeding by police and pulled over. Once stopped police see he’s also not wearing his seatbelt. That’s two driving infractions right there—but that’s not enough for Hill. Hill also decides to be unlawfully non-compliant with lawful orders given by the police for purposes of safety, to the point where the police must compel compliance by dragging him from his car, detaining him, cuffing him, and sitting him down on the sidewalk.The bad actor in all this? Today we’re going to take a look at a video of a fatal shooting out of Cincinnati OH that many on the internets are characterizing as obvious self-defense, but where state prosecutors have charged as murder—and the prosecutors here are probably right, on the legal merits.The reason this killing is likely unlawful rests on the element Innocence, one of the elements required for a valid claim of self-defense. Innocence requires that the person claiming self-defense was not the initial aggressor in the fight—obviously--and, ALSO, that they did not provoke the OTHER person into being the initial aggressor in order to have an excuse to kill them and claim it was self-defense. A Davenport, Iowa police officer shoots dead a 2-year-old Labrador in front of the dog’s family—including the mother, young child, and a young cousin.
